Once again i start the journey from London to Srilanka As usual it was a morning my friend asked to get ready early because i always late and lazy as well. I think i booked the ticket two weeks before but this time also miss to confirmed the ticket. that was Kuwait Airways good baggage 40Kg wow but i missed by a minute then I asked to take Qatar 27 kg (Including Hand baggie) who will go for that? so i keep trying to get cheap and looking to carry more barges finally i got Gulf Air with 37Kg i am not satisfied because i lost 3kg when compare with Quiet.Usually i get the tickets from Carlton Leisure in East ham (www.carltonleisure.com)According my Knowledge This is the only place to get cheep flights from london.
I already have the experience with Kuwait and Qatar. I like to take transit flights the journey is too long almost 12 hours.as usual to get Piccadilly line to reach heathrow terminal If our guys go for Terminal 4 then others knew he is flying to srilanka.The Morning breakfast in a Star bucks or in any other stalls will be the wonderful experience but before that we check the flights and the time you normally asked to reach the airport before 3 hours of your journey but make sure flights detail before you leave from the home because there is a chance to change the flight schedules compare with other Airports it is very rare in Heathrow in between 5sec there is a flight Arriving and departing. Waiting for the calling to departure until you can do shopping or window shopping in the dutuy free shops or you can access the online and put some post in your Facebook wall like the Sun News paper head lines and waiting for some pinkies comments or bring a book or newspaper and drawn in to it. Normally our guys including my self interested in others looking what they are doing not in Airports even in Metro tubes.I think security checking are better than USA but here also they are checking the kids and babies we can't refuse there is a chance to hide weapons, drugs or gold. The most difficult thing to me remove the shoes and belt that is the reason i put my hand luggage with my main luggage to avoid more checking . After entering in to the gates you have to wait for the boarding. The boarding last time stats with elder,disabled and babies and their families like escaping from Titanic priority but this time called by the seats number order then stating a big Que line try to find a place in between them we all had good experience . specially who they come from jaffna they got the special training on it . In their life they were in the que to get food, fuel.....Army pass etc.
I don't know the people how they are getting the window side it decide only by our boarding pass not like our colombo- jaffna bus trip to argue with our transporter and finally get window seat. you can see the beauty of middle east ,London, Colombo Graphical view when you flying but you should be lucky to get close up view from window side. If nobody sit next to you that is too comfortable. I am crazy about watching movies so i am only interested in movies not in the menu card i watched my favorite movies like Transporter, Hard locker in my flying journeys this time i got a nice sanjay that Hindi movie Knock out almost copy of a English movie but it was nice the story return the Swiss bank money to India.Only five hours after we touch Bahrain the cabin crew was nice specially the head of the cabin crew so sweet after the transit was we had the bad experience in Bahrain the Airport security people are very rude they are giving the instruction by expression and signs no verbal communication or smiling face. help seeking people treat by rude answers.the journey starts from Bahrain to colombo like Tandikulam - Mukamalai journey in the flight the cabin crew service was very bad and there is no individual TV's for our seats only common TV's in Tamil movie with english subtitles i don't know how the Sinhalese take this most of them are not interested and for Tamils also it was old movie.The Flight also very small even seats to also some white fat guy he complained to the cabin crew about that.meal alright i think but they don't give a look to the help calls may be there were busy with pilots. Finally we arrived in Bandaranayaka International airport no security checking this is the other reason i choose transit because when you travel in transit you reach Colombo you travel with middle east company so the CID people are not waiting for you but when you return you can't avoid that. My best advice don't carry cameres when u departing time and taking shots like threatening your national security it is not only in Srilanka i had the bad experience in London as well.
